Winchester Road

The Winchester Road project consisted of a minor subdivision in Anne Arundel County. The property owner had applied for and was subsequently denied, a modification to removed two specimen trees as part of the construction of a new home. Holly Oak Consulting was called in to evaluate the tree's health and completed a Tree Risk Assessment to ANSI 300 standards. Holly Oak Consulting also completed an appraisal of the specimen trees to be removed. Holly Oak Consulting determined that the trees were a major risk to any proposed work being completed.

Holly Oak Consulting submitted the tree assessment report to Anne Arundel County and the modification decision was subsequently reversed to allow for the removal of the two specimen trees.
